Congratulations are in order for a couple married along the banks of the raging Reedy River.  The rain has been ferocious in the past few months, where an approximate 23 inches have fallen. The weather outside had a nice crisp Fall warmth to it. Amidst random jokes of throwing one another in the water and missing rings, the couple was married at the same location in which the Groom proposed.  A passing couple congratulated the two as they commemorated their love for one another with a kiss.
